Piiply is a free expense-management platform: organize what you need to pay, what others owe you, and deadlines in a simple, secure way, without notebooks or messy spreadsheets.
From a past-due bill or a monthly installment to money you lent a friend or a client invoice, Piiply keeps everything in one place and nudges you as payment dates approach.

Record expenses and money owed to you
Create a record for each situation with name, amount, due date, and a short note. Mark both money owed to you and what you need to pay (bills, installments, open balances).
Track payments
When a partial or full payment happens, you log it and Piiply updates the remaining balance. You keep a full payment history for each record.
Automatic reminders
As a due date approaches, you get an email heads-up. If it is already overdue, you are reminded again so you do not have to check everything manually.
Share the status
Each record can have a read-only link you send to the other person: they see total, paid so far, balance, and due date without signing up. Clear and straightforward.
Summary and open payables
The dashboard shows what you’re owed, what you received, how many items are overdue, and your total payables. Filter by period and see charts of how payments evolved month to month.
Smart suggestions
Piiply looks at your records and offers helpful ideas, for example items that may be at higher risk of delay. These are hints only and do not replace professional advice.
Export your data
Download your records as a spreadsheet-friendly file for backup or analysis in another tool.
Manage contacts
People linked to your records stay organized with a history of activity per contact.

Which languages are supported?
Piiply is available in English and Portuguese. You can change the language in your profile settings.
Currencies
What about currencies?
More than twenty currencies are supported (euros, dollars, pounds, kwanzas, and more). Amounts convert toward your preferred currency so you can compare easily even when entries use different currencies.
Access
How does sign-in work?
No password to remember.
Piiply does not use passwords. When you want to sign in, enter your email and receive a one-time verification code by email (and by WhatsApp if you have a phone number on file). Enter the code and you are in. Simple, and no forgotten-password stress.

Is Piiply secure?
Your data is yours: each account is isolated from others and connections are protected. Verification codes are handled with care. No one else can see your data in your account.
